- You give us your BUPA, Medibank Private, or other participating healthcare provider’s membership card
- We swipe it through our HICAPS machine to process your rebate at the time of payment
- Your healthcare provider’s contribution towards your bill is processed
- You just need to pay any remaining fees (if applicable).
